    INSPECTION TRIPS


    KEY PROMOTION INERNATIONAL will provide management level assistance free of charge. We will also negotiate reduced rates at hotels, restaurants, etc… on your behalf in order to keep as low as possible the cost of inspection visits

    TRANSPORTATION


  • Capacity of coaches are from 30 – 50 seats
    All tour rates include, for groups a guide speaking English (or other language upon request)
  • Transfer rates include guide assistance at the airport and escort to the hotel, porterage of 2 pieces of luggage per person at airport and hotel.
  • All rates are NET per person in EUROS.


    • GROUPS


  • Restaurants mentioned will be used unless they happen to be closed. Meals stated are subject to change according to season.
  • ONE person FREE for every 30 paying members and up to a maximum of 5 complimentary per group
  • A hospitality desk will be manned by our hostess 8 hours per day.
  • COMPLEMENTARY services provided by KEY PROMOTION INTERNATIONAL
  • Hospitality desk staff at hotel
  • One welcome kit with information material
  • Flowers or a gift to every lady on arrival


    • DINE AROUND


    If reservations and payment are made through KEY PROMOTION INTERNATIONAL, we charge 10% on top of the net rate negotiated

    RESPONSIBILITY


  • KEY ¨PROMOTION INTERNATIONAL and its Associated Companies and / or Agents act only in the capacity of agent for the client and shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage or losses to property or person, or whatever expense arising from the use of any accommodation, conveniences or services, from sickness, fire, weather, natural calamities, strikes.
  • Government restriction and any loss or additional expenses however caused, resulting from the above contingencies shall be borne by the client. The handling of baggage is at the client’s risk throughout the tour(s). Small articles, coats, umbrellas and other hand luggage are left to the responsibility of the client.
  • All fares quoted are subject to change without notice. No refund will be made for unused portion of the tour(s)


    • PAYMENT


  • KEY PROMOTION INTERNATIONAL requests no deposit for ground arrangements unless such deposits are requested by any of our suppliers. For hotels, all deposits, final payments and cancellations are to be paid following the hotels conditions of payments.
  • KEY PROMOTION INTERNATIONAL needs full payment for all services at least 6 weeks prior to program commencement by regular company check or at least 2 weeks prior to program commencement by CREDIT CARD or BANK DRAFT ONLY.
